Fauci, Mayorkas & Magnus Flee the Sinking Biden Ship as GOP Set to Take Over House

There’s always a bit of turnover in administrations after a midterm or a presidential election. It comes with the territory. Some people serve an administration for two or four years and then move on to doing something else with their lives. Other times, government officials suddenly run for the hills due to a changing of the guard in Congress.

That’s happening right now with Team Biden, as a number of highly public figures are fleeing the sinking ship like rats.

First up is Dr. Doom. Anthony Fauci has been working at the National Institutes of Health and scaring people with lies about viruses for 40 years now. In the 1980s, Fauci terrified Americans by claiming that the new HIV virus was going to become airborne. Married heterosexual couples who had never done heroin were going to be dropping like flies once that happened, according to Fauci.

Of course, airborne AIDS never materialized, and married heterosexual couples were just fine. HIV was always, and remains to this day, a disease that is primarily confined to the gay community and heroin needle users. Fauci got the science completely wrong and never apologized.

So naturally, he was put in charge of the nation’s COVID response. Since 2020, we’ve learned that Fauci funded the gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China that led to the creation of COVID-19. It’s also very likely, according to Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), that Fauci personally profited from both the creation of COVID and from the so-called vaccines that were created to try to prevent the disease. (Spoiler alert: The vaccines don’t work.)

Fauci, who makes nearly half a million dollars a year in salary from the taxpayers, announced that he’s finally resigned from his long career. What a coincidence! That wouldn’t be because Republicans are taking control of the House a month from now, would it, Dr. Doom?

Joe Biden’s appointee to lead the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Chris Magnus, just resigned over the weekend. Not that he was doing a bad job or anything! The border is totally safe and secure, and CBP has operational control! Kristine Jean-Pierre tells us this every day from the podium in the White House press briefing room.

Magnus did such a poor job during his tenure that the Border Patrol’s labor union had this to say about his departure:

“He was so busy chasing imaginary ‘culture’ problems in BP he forgot his primary job. Chasing unicorns only works if you convince people unicorns exist. BP doesn’t have a culture problem. It has a leadership problem, starting with Biden. Good riddance.”

Ouch! That’s going to leave a mark.

The fact is that morale at the Border Patrol has never been lower. Three Border Patrol agents committed suicide in November. 14 agents have killed themselves this year, which is an all-time record for one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the world. That’s how catastrophic Magnus’s 11-month tenure leading the CBP has been. Magnus was only approved for the job by a 50-47 vote in the Senate, and his performance reflected that: Incompetent to the point of being barely functional.

And what about Alejandro Mayorkas, Biden’s Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security? House Republicans have thrown down the gauntlet and told Mayorkas to resign or face impeachment in January. Mayorkas has publicly stated that he’s not going anywhere. However, rumors behind the scenes indicate that Mayorkas is preparing his resignation letter. We’ll see what happens.

These may be the first people to run for the exits as the GOP prepares to take over in the House. But we have a feeling they won’t be the last.
